do these pants sit at the waist ?

Since last September, I went from a 36 waist to 30. The same style of Lee extreme motion jeans that touched the bottom of my naval as a 36 now sit right on top of the hip bones in size 30 waist. The extreme comfort relaxed pants 30w 32l have a higher rise and are about 1/2 inch above my hip bones--an inch below my naval. hth

Is there a warranty on these pants?

Not beyond the usual time you have for returning them. But they are well made. They’re the most comfortable jeans I have ever had. But I’m concerned that Lee may have stopped making this style.

Fit and look are great

I ordered this style to update my look a bit. The fit and comfort is exactly as I had hoped. I really like the tapered leg and the stretch makes them very comfortable and I noticed that the knees don't get baggy as I wear them. The size and fit runs very true. I've been happily buying Lee Extreme Motion slacks for a while now. These will be my new go-to for what I like to call my country club casual look. And the price is very reasonable.

Fit

The pants fit well and are very comfortable. I especially like the weight and feel of the material. The waist stretches nicely for a good midsection fit.

They run true to size, so be wary

Hubby loved these! I bought a size too large but he wears them with a belt and they're ok. The material is very nice, and pockets are ample. He loves black, so the color is a nice deep black. Very happy with these pants!

Fair quality

I bought trying to replace some Lee jeans. But they have to be iron. They wrinkle really easily. That’s why I gave them a three rating.
