Is this wire made of copper? i can’t find what this wire is made of anywhere and copper is toxic to my plants

Can this be uses for the nose bridge on the masks?

If it is fairly well covered with cloth, sharp but very bendable

Will this wire rust if exposed to moisture??

I only use this for making bows so I do not know for sure, it there is no coating on the wire so my guess is that over time it would rust.
