Be careful when washing up, they're like razors!!

I was apprehensive as they're not serrated, but these are as sharp as razor blades! Had a not-perticuarly lean steak and they sliced through it like butter. They're not as heavy as I thought they would be, but I can't really mark them down based on that! 5 stars.
