I have a closet window that faces out to a main road and this is a perfect solution to my inconvenient problem. I love that it still lets in the light but I can still keep my privacy. It was Super easy to install, and has stayed on very well, I have not had any issues with peeling or coming off in any way. I just moved into this house and so I get to show off my rooms and I have gotten so many compliments on this window.

This film offers an awesome protection. It prevents the light from coming in at the high brightness that it normally does. It helps keep the room cooler. I used some window cleaner to adhere it to the window. I used a small plastic card to press out the bubbles and it stayed on nicely. The adhesion was great. It looks great on the window also. I trimmed it up with a sharp instrument.

Our main front door has glass; to have the glass frosted would have cost us $$$, but I decided to buy the Frosted Glass Window Film to add privacy to our home, and I'm very happy with the results. Installing it was easy, and the film completely changed the look of the glass at our front door. It gives us the privacy we want while letting natural light brighten the room. The frosted effect looks modern and stylish, and the quality impressed me. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to increase privacy without sacrificing style.

DO NOT BUY!!! I applied this per instructions, which was easy. Everything looked good and was fine for a few days until the corners started to come loose. Now half of it is hanging off. Does not stick or stay.

Tired of some nosy neighbors I wanted something to add a little extra privacy. Almost purchased full frosted covering like I had used once before then saw this design which seemed like a better option giving light & a view instead of no way to look out with the window open. Idk if it's clear in the description of the 17 x 78", icould easily have missed the fact that the 17" is with the stripes running horizontally. Ended up working but not what I was expecting. At any rate it was shipped rolled in plastic with a cloth, small ruler and knife inside the tube. For those who say there are bubbles it's not the product it's user error. I know because when I used another film years back it took me a while to get the bubbles out. Clean your windows, make your life easier by measuring the window & then cut the film as close to that size as you can get. Any excess that you leave will take far more time to trim after applying & it's too easy to cut it incorrectly or lift it up or move it out of place trying to do it that way. One caveat, you will spend a few moments trying to peel the backing off the film but it's well worth it. Cut the film, spray the window with a mix of a few drops of dish soap & water & spray the side of the film to be applied to the window. Slap the film on the window & work a flat tool (I used a plastic spackle knife) from the center to the edges to get the majority of the liquid out then take either the cloth they send or your own & repeat the same motion. This part will get those little bubbles out w/out ruining the film. The pics from left to right are the view after applying to both windows, top and bottom, the next is halfway through & then the view before the film. The green thing is a little tab to help you peel the backing, there were two but I pulled it off before I realized what it was, whoops. Next is the 17" length & direction of the stripes. The green cloth, knife and ruler are what came with it. Last pic is what I used, spray bottle w/soap & water mix, plastic spackle knife, tape measure, scissors, cloth & paper towels. It is not a fussy product, take a little time to measure and work the bubbles out and enjoy the privacy!

This does exactly what it says, blackouts the light, however doesn’t stay up long enough. I followed the instructions. Would not buy again

Ce film adhère facilement aux vitres avec un peu d'eau, l'installation est facile et aucune lumière ne passe. Idéal pour moi, qui voulait occulter totalement le bas d'une fenêtre dans ma chambre. Le design est sobre et donne l'impression de papier peint ou de décoration, et pas uniquement d'un film standard. La qualité est au top, le film ne se déforme pas en l'installant ou sous la chaleur. Cela fait un an qu'il est posé chez moi, aucun décollement.

This window film is very nice and easy to install. It offers a great balance of privacy while still allowing plenty of natural light to come through, and it doesn’t completely block the outside view. I had purchased a similar style before, but the clear sections were much narrower and didn’t create the sleek, “blinds” look that this one does. I’m really happy with how this turned out!

I’ve used this privacy film several times for washroom windows and side panel windows by a door and it works great. Super easy application and I love that there is no adhesive so it won’t muck up the glass. Used on a side window as well - perfect - keeps me from having to look at my less than neighbourly neighbor.
