Wry good product… packaging need to be improved to avoid breakages.
Overall satisfied with quality. Not sure the packaging is an issue or the handling items in the transit. This good item is having broken light holders and other loose items for wall mounting box. Why can’t the vendor keep the breakable items in a box safely and keep the box safely in the overall package. Just a thought which can improve the customer satisfaction. For broken items any compensation. Now I have to search shops to get this exactly same item, which is pain. Among all these 12 holders, only one is packed well. You keep one connected for sample and all the rest in a safe package in side the package?

few issues
metal attaching clip is very thin, i can't reply on that and had to do some JUGGAD with something else.They provided very small wire to connect, i spent a lot of time to give connection with the electric supply. I had to struggle a lot to join another wire with their tiny wire that can hardly be seen coming from the rope to top.

Very bad in packing and quality also very bad I think It is imported hanging same as in market available but when I received very bad quality it is made in new Delhi cheap quality please don't buy from online buy from market to see and take but online quality is very cheap and inside gstinvoice also not come
