Great
Delicious and looks amazing. Don't be stingy for this type of pasta as this one is made from semolina and tastes premium class.

Longer than your usual ‘curly’ pasta.
Nice one. Total value for money. Cooks easy, as it should. If you are Mediterranean like me, this will be the ultimate taste of home made pasta, with added fork twirling and forever slurping. If your husband is English like mine, you might wanna cut the pasta up before serving it in a bowl, with a spoon. It was a win-win. Loved it. Good to know I can get Garofalos online 👍🏽

texture was interesting
I was unsure of what to actually expect with the texture. But I think the sensory aspect was quite pleasant, I can’t quite put it into words but to put it bluntly, it’s not the sort of thing that you’d eat and the sensory aspect would put you off it, yet it’s satisfying to eat.
