Does the twin fit American sized twin beds, as some reviews say they're too short?

YES!!! the sides are way too short, I returned it. Although I loved the colors and the material , it is not a normal size twin comforter

Are there matching curtains you can buy with this pattern?

The matching curtain will be online within 2 months.

Does the twin size fit an Australian standard size single bed ?

Hi the twin size comforter is 1500*200cm，you can measure your bed and check it.
