My little superhero fan could NOT contain himself when this arrived in the mail! It is the perfect size and brightness to be the perfect nightlight for him (he and his twin are 5) This can cycle through a number if different colors that remain on, or it can flash through them all either quickly or slowly. It does come with a remote, but we don't use it to be honest. The button on the base is basically touch and its easy for him to use it that way.It can plug in with the provided USB cord to either a computer or the wall with a block (cord is provided, block is not) or you can run it on batteries. We plug it in as we use it every night.Love love love this item! Recommend highly and would buy again for my own kids or for a gift.

You need to press the buttons on the controller a few times to get it to work. The light isn't very bright but it's ok.

Yes it’s a light but we made it into a fun educational game with my year old! Kids like to be in control so this light is PERFECT for giving them control yet educational! He has the remote because he loves to push buttons and I yell out the colors so he tries to do the same!! It’s really a fun bonding time and he loves to point out colors now!!

My son is only 5 and he needs a night light to sleep with. The one i put in his room wasnt bright enough.This one is very bright and i love the option of being able to adjust the brightness as well as colour and flashing. He's learnt to use the remote as well, so that makes it more enjoyable for him. I definitely do not regret buying this.Do not put it in your check on suitcase if you are travelling cuz i can break, but nobody said it was indestructible right.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is nice. has a different colors set It can be Brighter or it can be dimmer. Easy to ensamble, comes in a nice package. My son really loves Itcan be use with a 3AA battery or just plug in. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because you can’t leave it all night or unattended. ( is on the instructions) other wise beautiful adjustable lighting lamp.

Works great, had it about one month. Hoping it lasts as other reviews mention it not lasting long term.

It does light up brightly and changes colors as expected. The remote control is nice. Which it was a little bigger, but it is cool.

Tiene mucha variedad de luces, el control es un plus porque el menor puede manipular el color y decidir el momento en que quiera apagar la luz

El único tema es que su frecuencia es igual a la de los controles remotos de la televisión, sistemas de cable, etc., y se enciende cada que usas otros controles, es lo único molesto, pero está genial la lámpara.
