I'm 36- 38 inch waist depends different brands of clothes. What size would anynof you recommend?

I got the x large since I'm 38-40 waist, these sit below the waist so take that in consideration. You don't want these too tight!!

Above average male. How will the pouch fit?

The pouch expands well for a very comfortable fit. The comfort lasts all day.
