The LEDs used in the strobe are 156 lm with a Luminous efficacy of. 151 lm/W. We will add that to the description.

What depth can it withstand while diving?

It's been taken down to 90 feet without issues.

Is this bright enough for daytime use?

there is no strobe which is bright enough for daylight use. in direct sunlight, you need to use colored smoke or a signal mirror (directed signal) type device. the sun emits white light and there are few devices which will emit something of similar intensity....
