Description states "contains: sodium fluoride 0.315% w/w (1450 ppm fluoride)" isn't this equivalent to adults toothpaste? i.e too high for childrens?

This toothpaste is for children 3-8years old and that is the amount of fluoride they should be getting at this age. Children under 3 should be getting less. In any case you can regulate the amount of fluoride administered by the amount of toothpaste applied on the toothbrush.
