UTT ER4240G Business Gigabit Router 4 WAN Ports, 4 LAN Ports, Load Balance/Failover, NAT,IPSec/PPTP VPN,Firewall

I purchased this router so I can utilize my two wan connections at once. However, every 3+ hours the wan connections are dropped and for a few minutes there is no internet until the connection is re-established. One of the WAN is a business class ethernet and the other one is a DSL. Both WANs shows as connected at respective gateways, when this UTT router shows no internet connection. Apart from that, there is very minimal documentation for any configuration. I cannot get DDNS to work. Every time I attempt to connect to VPN, the router resets. Before buying this router, I used a Zyxel USG20VPN, which worked perfectly, but did not have dual WAN load balancing. Since I am using this router for a business, the amount of interruptions each day is not worth it. Going back to Zyxel.

Had a question about the device and a day later I got an email that didn’t come close to answering my question. I did some research and found the answer myself.

Crappy product. Company website is gone. No support. No firmware updates.

The firewall works ok. There are a couple of configuration things that are brand specific. The problem is that their technical support is HORRIBLE. You submit a request via phone and then they tell you they call back after 8pm central or via email.

Nothing work i connect 3 isp but no internet when connect my laptop . And no explanation for new firmware Im lost my money . Any one help me he can take control of my laptop to try solve this problem

I checked out the features and it's kinda great. works fine so far

After firmware update it is not capable of load balancing more than one ISP on one PC

Used for routing multiple video streams.
