The package says “ not made with natural latex”.

can you shower with this leg strap? will it work after getting it wet?

I think so. I used to cap off the catheter during showering so neither the bag nor the strap got wet.

Is this adjustable to fit the thighs of different sizes?

Yes, this is adjustable for different size legs.

Is 23" the highest it will stretch to, or is there a few inches of comfortable stetch beyond the 23" it says in the description?

It has a little give in it, but that depends on patient comfort
