I have used this product regularly for the last two years and have no issues with it. Got Covid and this literally saved me from dehydration for the month I was bedridden with high fever and unable to eat or drink often. I was very surprised about the negative reviews that I was reading they seem to encompass three things. The first is that the product formulation has changed, I am also an Amazon seller and an avid fan of Amazon purchasing and I have noticed that in my capacity as business manager that due to supply chain issues things are constantly going in and out of stock or the product is changing. I’ve tasted the old one and I’ve tasted the new one and I have no complaints. The second issue people note most often is that their package is damaged. This is because of Amazon delivery as well as the Amazon warehouses. You can pack it as well as you like and the fact of the matter is 100s of pounds of boxes are placed on top of some thing that is typically packed into a bubble mailer it will break. Is this the company‘s fault no. The fault lies with Amazon once again. The third frequent complaint that I was reading in my research involves taste. This is not Gatorade with its 28 to 40 g of sugar. At most this product has 2 g of sugar compared to other hydration solutions that have anywhere from 8 g of sugar to 11 g of sugar. It does contain Stevia which gives a little bit of sweetness but if you are looking for a product that taste like Gatorade you should buy Gatorade. It won’t help you with your hydration all that much and it will raise your blood sugar into unhealthy levels but Gatorade is definitely sweet. This is a type of medicine and should be treated as such. If you are strictly Keto yes you shouldn’t eat any sugar, add any amount of sugar will cause you to start craving things. Not the best choice for intermittent fasting especially if you’re only eating one meal a day. However for the rest of us who are taking a sensible diet and exercise plan instead of frequently starving our body and putting it into a state of shock it is a fantastic tool in the hydration arsenal. I love it because I can take these tablets with me on vacation and there’s no messy packets that burst at awkward opportunities. It’s a lot smaller than hydration packets are typically so that is a big point of convenience to me and I keep one on me all of the time in my purse in just a little plastic bag just in case I’m on the road and I need it . My entire family uses this regularly for hot days or days where we are outside for a good portion of the day, camping, fishing, vacations. There are people who will complain about anything but as a consumer I have nothing to complain about with this hydration solution.

Great taste! Dissolves pretty easy. No chalky texture or flavor. Does not upset my stomach.

My doctor recommended I put these in my water to increase my electrolyte consumption. I have been doing that for a while now and have noticed some improvement. Recently my wife decided to try them. She was pleasantly surprised with the quality of them. They dissolve quickly with no funky texture to the water. They are strong enough to taste good and provide the nutrients she is looking for.

First time trying Nuun! I was trying to find an electrolyte drink that was good for you and had good flavor. I have found it taste better with more water. In smaller amounts of water it’s a little too bold for me, but I add it to my Stanley cup and add ice and more water and it’s great!! Find that drink a lot more water now because of the taste. Some flavor are meh, strawberry lemonade has been the best so far! I even this this helps curb my appetite.

I am a long distance runner with a very sensitive stomach. I'd always find myself sipping Gatorade during/after long runs, then would always find myself feeling sick after each run. I was in the market for something light to replenish my electrolytes without the heaviness of Gatorade. Which led me to trying Nuun. First reaction: well, it's not the best taste ever. It does have a little amount of fizz to it, which I did like. As I continued drinking it, and trying other flavors, I really got a taste of it. My sensitive stomach handles this drink with no problem at all, I actually feel less fatigued after drinking 16 ounces of this after my runs. I get a boost of energy back, which is perfect after early morning runs. I drink it 2 hours before a run, sip it during a long run (knock on wood, I have yet to get any cramps mid-run while drinking this!), and then sip it after a run. It's very cost effective as well for an electrolyte drink. I like the fact that it's easy to carry around in my bag throughout the day and I can just throw a tab in my water bottle whenever I need it, it is very convenient. Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a way to hydrate through their workouts. It has helped me immensely and I'm looking forward to using it throughout my marathon training!

I play lots of golf in the hot weather here in central Texas. Our summers are long and hot and we sweat a lot while playing in the heat in the upper-90s to low-100s. These Nuun tablets are a great way to replace electrolytes lost due to sweating without having to drink high sugar content sports drinks. I use the Nuun tablets in my water bottles while playing golf to reduce the risk of developing muscle cramps due to electrolyte imbalance. I like the ease of use of the tablets. I always carry a tube in my golf bag and pop one or two tablets in the water bottle each time that I refill it. I use a 46 oz insulated bottle that fits in the cupholder of the cart. Each tablet is for use in one 16.9 oz of water - so I'll use one tablet if just refilling half of the bottle or two tablets if doing a complete refill. The flavors of the Nuun tablets are just strong enough to be noticeable when added to your water but not overpowering. I've tried many different varieties/flavors of the Nuun tablets (including sport and sugar-free versions) and have liked all of the different flavors. After using the Nuun tablets regularly during golf rounds (I play at least 3 times a week, sometimes more) I almost never experience muscle cramps any longer.

Tenía mis dudas por algunos comentarios que decían que sabe muy mal. No se si a ellos les llego otra cosa pero Nuun Sport sabe delicioso. Al primer día que llego me dolía la cabeza, tome uno y se me quito en 15 minutos además de hacerme sentir bien todo el día y con un sabor deliciosa. Es verdad que no cabe en una botella de agua, pero partes la pastilla con la mano y así si cabe. SUPER RECOMENDADO

Fave flavour is pink lemonade. The sweetness level is just nice when dissolved in ~330ml of water. Hydrates me well after a run.

I used to love nuun tablets. The new formulation is horridly sweeter with a nasty lingering aftertaste - not at all refreshing. Since I (stupidly) bought the new ones rather than the old ones (though it looks as if, from reviews of the original still for sale on Amazon that people are being shipped the new stuff anyway), I can't send them back as unusable, so I'm currently planning to try some other competing brands instead. This lot will likely be going to green recycling. Sorry - but nuun, oh dear, *what* have you gone and done?! :( :(

El producto jamás me llegó, solicité la devolución del dinero, y ya quedó hecha. Los compré en Estados Unidos y los he estado probando en estas dos últimas semanas. Debo decir que es un excelente producto, cada pastilla apenas contiene 1g de azúcar, y muy poco sodio. Los sabores son tenues, digamos que casi no se siente el sabor, y eso a mi me agrada.

Not what they used to be. Have been using these for about a decade but will no longer use them. More expensive/Less in the tube/ Take longer to dissolve/best flavours no longer available. They also used to taste great but are now difficult to drink. Very disappointing. Save yourself the money and buy something else.
