It has a rich citrus aroma, a biscuit malt base and a lasting bitterness. It's a brand new recipe, and a brand new tap, so no more explosions as you hit it with a hammer and nail! Our craft pale ale is unfiltered and unpasteurised and left in the fermenting tank to mature for three weeks before we lightly carbonate it and carefully can it, to ensure the best quality . No party was without the Party Seven back in the day and millions of people have great memories of times spent puncturing holes in the can and wiping off the ceiling! It did however get its fair share of stick for the quality of the so we have gone to great lengths to make sure that the best and freshest ingredients go into the new Party Seven. If you are eating at home with the Party Seven try to avoid too much spice or salt as this brings out the bitterness even more, and it already has a dry bitter finish to the which our drinkers love.
