Hello, This is the third time we have purchased this calculator, and each time it has stopped working properly after about two months of use. The issues are recurring: either a charging problem that makes it unusable, or the screen displaying an “error” during simple calculations. These repeated failures, despite normal use, clearly raise concerns about the product’s reliability. We would therefore appreciate it if you could propose an appropriate solution (replacement with a reliable model, refund, or another option). We look forward to your response.

Disapointed!
Battery issue! Message displayed whenever connected to charger or laptop: “Validating OS.. calculator will restart when validation is complete”. Very bad experience!!

Defected calculator
I bought a a TI - 83 Premium CE EDTION PYTHON CALCULATOR. Unfortunately I am disappointed and the calculator is not working. I charged it for long hours and it is still showing the following “validating OS. Calculator will restart when validation is complete.” I think that you sold me a defected calculator. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and replacing the one you sold me.
