Nice little vacuum but no British plug or adapter? For that it gets a 3* review and not a 4*. Supplier must do better. Clearly know I live in the UK from the delivery address.

I recently purchased this **BLACK+DECKER vacuum cleaner and I’m honestly very impressed. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and powerful enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair without any problem. Probably one of the best portable vacuums we have ever had. Purchased this model 8 years ago and it’s finally slowly refusing to charge. After buying dozens of these over the years for home and business the 12V and 20V units hold up very well. Pity a previous reviewer didn’t use due diligence in researching his purchase. Caveat Emptor. A simple inexpensive voltage converter cures the differential. This product originates in the US, so logical step would be determine the operating voltage before purchase. Of the myriad of international products introduced the Singapore shores a savvy shopper would know this. Purchased this replacement model before they disappear forever since we can’t find a like unit from a different manufacturer. I am very happy with this unit - the filter is almost indestructible and the longevity is commendable. Sadly, DustBuster has discontinued this model.
