Is this item for sale 2.2 ounces or 2.2lbs.??? In the description it says 2.2 ounces. In the title it says 2.2lbs?

Ciao, The piece of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is 1KG (2.2lbs) vacuum packed. Best Regards Customer Service EMILIA FOOD LOVE

Will this survive a 2 month shipment?

I am not sure but I believe it would.

How does this come packaged?

This came quickly to my rural home, insulated, packed with ice bags, so that it was still quite cool when it arrived. Also, there was a separate package of cheese paper to store my cheese once I opened the vacuum sealed bag. Of course, I had to use some for dinner that night and it was all I expected. Very good!

is there rennet used ?

Ciao, Yes, the original Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is made with: MILK, Salt and Rennet. Best Regards Customer Service EMILIA FOOD LOVE USA
