Tesor’s whipped cream dispenser is top notch! It came with everything I needed (with the exception of NO2 chargers, which you’ll need to buy separately). It does, however, come with a stainless steel funnel (with a removable filter to take out the pulps and seeds), a cleaning brush, and three different tips.The entire product looks very sleek and high-end, while having a good weight to it. The dispenser is stainless steel with a silicone grip near the top to prevent your hands from slipping. Oh and did I mention it’s dishwasher safe? That’s pretty much a requirement for me!The instructions are pretty in-depth and easy to follow.Planning on teaching my little sister how to use this as she loves baking!

My family have really enjoyed having the means to make whipped cream quickly and this device certainly makes it easy.It is well built and feels commercial grade.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there is what I can only describe as a manufacturing blemish just below the threading of the main container that looks like the machinery 'gouged' the container just a bit. It does not affect the usage of the device and I'm not the type of person to return for a blemish if function of the product is fine, otherwise.Aside from the blemish, it is definitely a nice, heavy, well built product from what I can tell from the look, feel and usage. We've had the product for ~ 2 weeks and have kept it in use the entire time.As an aside, I also bought it for the possible use for making nitrogen infused cold-brew coffee; my experience suggests it is just not the same as you get from a coffee shop and my results were just not the same. This is not a knock against this particular product, but a note for those folks that, like me, would like to have the N20 infused cold brew benefits at home; it is just not the same.I would certainly recommend the product to others who are interested in adding the capability to quickly create whipped cream to their respective kitchen.

I bought two of the 1 pint size, one for home and one for the second home (yes, I use a lot of whipped cream!), and have been extremely pleased with them. They are simple to use, simple to clean, and, simply, they work perfectly.What was even better, though, was the excellent customer service. I had a problem with a part on one of them - the screw-on cap that compressed the gas cylinder failed, and when I contacted them, they immediately agreed to send a replacement at no charge. Two days later, they contacted me to say that it was going to take a couple of weeks to get the part in, so they had decided to just send me a whole new product, still free of charge. A couple of days after that, it showed up (expedited shipping).These people really believe in their product, and really care about their customers. If your in the market for a whipped cream dispenser, please buy this one - they deserve your business!I have no connection whatsoever with Tesor, other than as a very satisfied customer!

Dangerous. First use and the bottom of the container blew off violently. The force of the explosion was strong enough to send the bottom metal disk off of the counter ricocheting into the air above my head and cream spraying 20+ feet. My ears are still ringing.Very thankful my small children and dog were not at home. Packaging has no contact information for Tesor, LLC.

I've used this a few times, mostly for whipped cream. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and have used the name brand products and this, honestly, works the same as any of the more expensive brands! The only thing I was slightly disappointed with (although it isn't advertised for) is I tried making soda water once and it didn't turn out as carbonated as I would have liked but if you have more experience using isi you may have better luck. Some people have complained about harsh noises with putting the lid on and it not sealing correctly, I haven't had an issue. Any noises from metal on metal contact is to be expected because you're sealing metal to metal but I guess my ears are less sensitive since I've been using these whippers for years. The construction of the vessel is solid, great quality, and I love that it was in my budget. Definitely suggest if you just want to have nice whipped cream in house. I also really appreciate the stainless steel nozzles, they are a bit sharp though, so be careful.

I would like to say up front that this is a generally functional unit. It should earn a five star rating if it lived up to the hype in the description. It has three issues that I can see.1) portions of the cover that were hard for the manufacturer to reach with a buffing wheel were left unfinished. This is a minor cosmetic issue only2) Only a half hearted effort was made to sharpen the needle that punctures the seal on the N2O cylinders. This may or may not be worth a one star deduction. It is easily remedied with a dremel tool.3) By far the most serious issue is the use of aluminum. As of this writing, the product description clearly states that all the threaded parts are made of stainless steel for durability. They are not!! All the thraded parts are made of soft aluminum! Already, they are starting to oxidize after one pass through the dish washer. They are so soft, metal can be cut off with a knife. I purchased this unit because of the 100% stainless steel claim, and I am very disapointed the product failed to meet my expectations as described in the description.Final comments. It would seem that the manufacturer has changed things. The N2O cylinder holder is different from as pictured in the description. This substitution makes no difference. Did the manufacturer also make an unauthorized aluminum substitution in critical parts? Or did the seller falsely describe their product? I cannot answer these questions.
