I am trying to match halo running lights with this grille - does anyone know the exact color code of the running lights?

I do not know the color code, however they are a fairly cool white.

The wiring for the lights has a red lead and a black lead where do i wire this to? do i need a adapter to fuze box? what slot do i need to put it in.
