Are these suitable to be worn when running/biking/other general strenuous activities?

I am not a runner. But I am a walker. And I also do cardio floor exercises. So they work for me. They’re pretty thin, but do give me arch comfort. If you have ever had the more expensive Strutz brand, these do not have the thick sort of ball in the middle of the arch. For comfort, I like to wear these to walk and exercise and just go about my day in and the strutz I’ll wear to bed so when I wake up I can walk right away. Without pain.

Do these work for neuropathy?

Works for the constant dull plantar fasciitis pain by providing contant pressure of the arch padding when stepping. Neuropathy pain is more like prickling, sharp shooting or jabbing pain. If neuropathy pain like that, wearing these arch support will NOT prevent nerve pain.

Does the green part go inside or outside? In the pics it’s on the inside but when they came and I put it on it’s on the outside.

I don't think it makes a difference. I also wear the green on the outside

Which direction should the point on pad go, towards toes or heel?

The point does go toward the toe. I've worn these for about 4 years now. Of course, if it feels better the other way, go for it! :-)
