Bought 2 to monitor a leak in the roof, which they did well and averted disaster. Bought 4 more for around water tank, behind dishwasher, washing machine etc.

it is impossible to use with Alexa, it does not work with Alexa as indicated in the description. I asked the support group for help, but they never answered to me. This service is just for show, in fact it is non-working. You won't hear any signal, just get a notification on your phone. A dubious and very expensive device is no different from cheap analogues.

Highly anticipated purchase, unfortunately it did not live up to the product marketing. Tried over two days to get the Hub to work on Ethernet and WiFi but would constantly dropout. Contacted Tech Support, who to be fair did what they could but in the end had to return the kit for refund

I’ve been very impressed with this Wi-Fi water valve system. It connects seamlessly to my phone and allows me to remotely open or close the main water supply to my house, which adds a great level of convenience and control. I paired it with a compatible water leak sensor to create a smart leak detection system. I also integrated everything with Alexa, so if a leak is detected, Alexa immediately announces an alarm both in my home and on my phone. At the same time, the system is set up so the valve automatically shuts off the water supply—even if Wi-Fi or power is down—which gives me extra peace of mind. I’ve only been using it for a few months, so I can’t yet speak to the long-term battery life of the sensors. The valve itself is connected to a 110V power source but includes a backup battery to operate during power outages, which is a great feature. Overall, I feel much more comfortable knowing my home is protected against potential water leaks. It’s a smart investment for anyone looking to prevent costly water damage

This is a really good, easy to use system that work terrific. I have them in my home and cabin, both for water leak detection and they have saved me twice from a water leak doing major damage. Besides the leak detection I have a water temperature monitor on my hot tub and a water depth finder at my cabins fresh water tank. I have never had any issues till recently the hub stopped working and was replaced on warranty. Thanks again.

We bought the YoLink Hub + Sensor kit to monitor our attic water heater setup, including the T&P valve, cold water pipe, hot water pipe, and drain pan, as well as the water level in our basement sump area. So far it has worked very well. The biggest benefit is peace of mind. These are areas we do not check every day, so having reliable alerts makes a big difference. Setup was straightforward, the sensors connected without much trouble, and the system has been stable. Notifications have been timely, which is exactly what we wanted. If you need monitoring for places like an attic, utility area, or basement where early warning matters, this system is a great choice.

Live in a condo and have saved me twice with leaks under the kitchen sink. I should say they have saved the neighbor living below me. Stay connected, good alerts, and easy to setup.

Just purchased the hub and 4 sensors and had customer service help me with the set-up. Customer service is excellent. Product works very well. I plan to get full system with water shut off ASAP. Great product, great customer service.
