I am 5’7 and about 165 pounds. I am usually an. XL in shirts and that is the size I purchased. The fit is tight, but not tight to the point it’s uncomfortable. I think a size bigger would defeat the purpose to shape and help sweat more.

This will make you sweat!, I’m not a big sweater but this shaper did the trick!! I can tell a difference since starting to use it. I ordered so but could’ve worn large and will reorder in a large but I have lost some weight too

This vest was 1 size too small. Im a plus size woman and was hoping to get 1 more size up (not available). I thought I was already getting 1 size up but too small. I like the material and plan on keeping it since weight loss is in mind.

I have been able to loose weight faster and i am feeling more confident everyday if you are 4'11 and 190-200 you will need a large but i lost so much weight within one month that I was able to fit into a medium, work out 30 min a day to start and you will see the difference fast I am in love with this product. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH FOR the chance to get my life back!

It's just right ! . I now need a smaller one. I sleep in it work put in itand do errands in it sometimes.

I did buy XXL. It was way too big. I am ordering a Large. Even though it is very loose, it still provides a major sweat. I love it.
