my hinges are on the left as in the photos but the holes to hang are on the bottom; shouldn’t they be on the top?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about this defect! We are very sorry! Please send us message on Amazon so we can identify your order and send you a replacement item at zero cost! No need to return the one you already have. Looking forward to your message. Yours sincerely, Nikita

Looking to display a collection of miniature cups, each 3.5” wide, 2.5” deep and 2” tall. Can this case be setup to display these?

Hello and thank you for this question. We are sorry to say this, but these cups won't fit because of the desired depth. The cell is 2.2" deep. Should you have any more questions, please feel free to ask them here or contact us directly on Amazon. Yours sincerely, SmartyRocks Team

What is the inside measurement of the individual cells when left as 25 compartments? Thank you

2" x 2" and a little more than 2" deep.

does the plexiglass have UV protection for sun-sensitive rocks?

Hello. The plexiglass does not have the UV protection for sun-sensitive items. However, applying a transparent UV protective film on the plexiglass should do the trick. Thank you for your question Yours sincerely, SmartyRocks Team
