Affordable, Easy to use, Lightweight, Portable
Amazing product! Simple to use instructions. I love that the manufacturer provides a contact link for the consumer along with the fold up insert that has pictures to guide the user. Very affordable! As I have Plantars fascitis in both feet, I am definitely going to purchase a second one so that I can stretch them at the same time. I have tried using a yoga strap and my physical therapist suggested that an at home solution could be to use a belt to help with stretches. However, I found that both methods were awkward and ineffective as you cannot get the stretch throughout the entire foot and the strap/ belt constantly slip out of place. This is a brilliant way to keep the foot secured and stretch as deep as you need or like, due to the many handles along the strap. On bad days, I can grab a different loop with each hand and slowly rotate my foot, applying different levels of pressure depending upon which loop I'm using for resistance. Absolutely worth the investment! I'm so grateful for the relief it provides and for this products price range! Trying to purchase the right shoes, or supportive socks, or foot wraps to assist with alleviating the pain has been a constant, costly battle of trial and (mostly) error. This easy to use product comes with its own bag for storage and portability that discretely travels well. It definitely delivers on it promise to help with relieving symptoms for Plantars fascitis, as well as eliminates the frustration of paying too much for something that's complicated to use and leaves you feeling upset or disappointed. I'm beyond happy and so grateful!

Where has this thing been my whole life?
Very helpful to stretch with this. I used to use therabands but these are much better. It has loops that are firm and easy to grasp and is made sturdy. It won't slip or roll off your foot like the bands do. I think eventually the Velcro will stop working so I even bought a backup. It's cheap enough and I don't want to be without it for a day or more. Definitely an important investment.

Works for me.
I am recovering from foot surgery and wearing a boot for two months. This works for me it helps to stretch my calf and work my stiff toes. Very sturdy and fits in my bag. In therapy they use a towel method for stretch, showed this to my therapist he was interested enough to show it to others.

Works really well
I am surprisingly impressed by this strap. I ordered both this product, and one of the very expensive CastleFlexx devices around the same time as I wanted to compare them. The CastleFlexx claims it is the only product that can give you complete dorsiflexion of all of your toes, but this much cheaper alternative impressively works nearly as well. If I fit and adjust the straps correctly, and pull on the main strap at the right angle, I can get really good dorsiflexion of both my foot and toes with this device as well. I've decided to keep both so that I can stretch posterior chain muscles in my lower extremities in two different rooms in my house. If I had to do it over again, though, I would probably have not spent the exorbitant amount of money that the CastleFlexx costs. I actually just ordered a second one of these (since they are currently on sale) so that I can put one on each foot and do reps alternating between legs without having to swap the strap from one leg to another.

It does the job…sort of
This product is priced a bit high for what it is. The materials used do not instill confidence, and definitely feel a little flimsy. Price to value ratio aside, my biggest gripe with this product is the way the strap is attached to the boot portion. The strap is too narrow, so much so that when you pull back to stretch, it puts a ton of pressure on 1-2 toes rather than stretching your whole forefoot. If the part of the boot around your toes were a bit more substantial and rigid, or if the strap were wider to pull the entire forefoot back, I think the product would be much more helpful in accomplishing its stated function.

Nice piece of therapy equipment
I use this to stretch my Achilles tendons, calves, and quads while lying down. If you have a physical therapy equipment collection like I do, this is an inexpensive and helpful addition.

Excellent Product
This product is excellent. It's so much easier to use than the regular foot straps that are hard to get to stay on the foot. This one stays comfortably on the foot secured by wide velcro straps that are easy to fasten. It has made the stretches assigned by my therapist so much easier and more comfortable. I highly recommend this well designed and comfortable strap.
