Useless
Nothing, and I do mean nothing, in this book (if it can even be called that) is helpful. The author restates the same fact over and over. I’ve seen middle school research papers with more effort put in them. It’s 30 or so pages of someone regurgitating bits of information you could find with a simple Google search. It’s a waste of $5 save your money.
