Good medium strong bread flour

I have baked bread with it several times, it is coming up nicely with good crust. Baked in the oven, 190C. Works better if you leave the dough to rise in the form for the second time. Second rise i was putting form with the dough into the oven on keep warm function, let it rise, and then switch the oven into bake function 190C-195C for 30 min Usually it is enough. Very nice Mediterranean taste, good with butter or olive oil.
