How do u answer a call? There is only an option to reject call but no accept!

Hi, I brought to watches. One has the option to change the date and time the other doesn't! Please tell me how I resolve this

If both watches same then changing time would be same in settings. Follow the first watch settings, if it’s not there then watch model might be different.
