Why there is no straps or wrap on this elbow sleeve?

Hello there, This is Dolly from ComfiTECH Support Team. Unlike the traditional elbow ice pack wrap with straps. This ice pack sleeve is an innovation design for elbow cold compress. This slip-on ice pack for elbow has no wraps or straps. That means you don't need to fiddle with several straps before use. Just keep the sleeve in the freezer and slip it on whenever you need cold therapy. For any further question, please feel free to contact us. Yours, ComfiTECH

Hello Cheryl, This is Lina from ComfiTECH Support Team. Our elbow ice pack sleeve is available in 2 sizes. Medium for elbow circumference from 9.4''-11''. You could choose the right size of elbow ice pack according to our size chart. For any further question, please feel free to contact us. Yours, ComfiTECH

I cannot find a measurement of the length of the arm sleeve. How long is it in inches?

Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. Both the medium and large tennis elbow straps are 10 inches long. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Yours, ComfiTech

Are the sleeves made of neoprene?

I have no idea, not having the packaging any longer. But, I'll say this; it's the best thing I have come across for the pain I endure due to golfer's elbow and believe me, I have purchased so much stuff.

Product is okay but not the original

It does what it says though. But product seems old and no manufacturer details nor date of manufacture.Cold stays only for 10 mins though but quickly cools again when kept in freezer
