Parts visibly checked on the truck before unloading and slats are damaged due to the banding being too too tight, did not accept the delivery and requested a replacement

The product was damp with mould, within months of installation by a professional the timber started to shrink. I am left with a unusable summer house. Cost me £3123 plus professional installation.
