Such a good quality. And so nice to steam the face at night. Also added some relaxing drops of lavender.

I have sinus issues and the facial spa steamer is much cheaper than one built for medical purposes. This was inexpensive, has a nasal attachment, and you can input either fresh herbs or essential oils as I did (eucalyptus), however after around 5 minutes the temp gets very hot, even on the lower setting. Great for short bursts though.

Really pleased with this steamer. Very easy to set up and use although in my opinion the instructions left out 2 points that should be mentioned:- The large facial steamer piece locks into place on the base by turning it clockwise slightly to make it stable and if using the nasal nozzle attachment it fits into the facial piece, don’t use it separately. Also included is a piece called an aromatherapy oil attachment, it opens up so you can put fresh herbs etc in it, if like me (and most people) you use essential oils just put a few drops directly into the water so I put that piece in the bin. Like others have mentioned if you use the nasal nozzle even on the low settling the steam gets unbearably hot so I just use the facial steamer which I prefer as it feels less claustrophobic. It’s very relaxing to use and afterwards the room smells lovely because of the oils. Overall I’m happy and would recommend.

The wife took it out of the packaging some time ago, I was going to use it today for the first time, plugged it in and it doesn't work, no LED power light - nothing. No packaging = no return so straight in the bin. The moral of this review is test it on receiving the order or you've wasted time and money.

At first glance, it looks great, with a few different attachments... I'm ready to give it a go. However, the instruction manual is not fantastic. I presumed it would be pretty much a 'plug and play' type thing, with not much need for instructions, however there was one attachment that I still have no idea what it does! I presume it is what the leaflet calls the herb basket, however I cannot find where you then put it to use it effectively. This is the same with the essential oils - the manual does not tell you where to put the oils in order to benefit from them. Anyway, I decided to give it a go, just using the main face attachment (there is a concentrated nose/mouth attachment, however I couldn't get this to attach very firmly). On the plus side, it warms up very quickly. On the negative side, it gets so hot I cannot get close enough to the item to use it as intended. I have attempted several times, but gave up as I just couldn't manage to hold my face over the item for long enough to get a benefit. All is not lost though! Adding the essential oils to the water means it diffuses the scented water into the air - meaning when I had a cold I had eucalyptus oil/scent pumping round my room. 5 minutes of the face steamer on and the room still smelled like eucalyptus the following morning! So, although the item is not being used as described, nor as intended or needed, I have found another use, which means it wasn't a complete waste of money!

I personally use the steamer for my hair! I have short hair so it’s easy for me to use. It does get a bit hot on my scalp but I keep it on the lowest setting, I lay back and rest my head in it. It’s actually quite comfortable with a pillow propped under my neck, laying on the floor. I rotate my head and only use it for about 10 minutes. It helps to keep my hair moisturised, it opens the pores in my scalp and the steam helps hair oil to penetrate into my scalp and hair cuticles. I have tried it as a face steamer too and it’s great. It does get quite hot, but I recommend keeping it on the lowest setting, and do not use it for too long, maybe 15 minutes max for each steam. Great value for money and I like the fact that the bowl is a decent size that fits my head and face.
