I'm come to trust Lindens products, packaged carefully and products always of good quality! capsules always have a clear and consistent colour, from start to finish. BBE dates are excellent often with 9+ months. There's lots of varying advice on the internet about Omega 3, but at this price I'm not going to listen to the 'naysayers' Omega 3 is good for you, period...yes you should try to get this from your diet, but if you can't then supplements are the next best thing!
