Cheaply made!
I purchased a tumbler, paid $25. It is nothing more than a sticker stuck onto the cup that will come off after one simple wash. I requested a return & received a rather rude reply. I purchased this cup for my wedding which said “the bride” on it. I asked for a refund after a few emails back and forth and didn’t even get a reply. If I wanted a cup with a sticker on it, I could’ve done it myself and paid less than half! Buyers beware! I don’t even want to give one star because it doesn’t even deserve that!

Not worth it
So I was really excited to get this, but I was disappointed when the monogram was just a sticker, that pealed off after one use, thankfully the steel tumbler was a nice quality. So I guess it wasn't all a loss. I wouldn't order it again.

Nice cup but a problem with the monogram
The cup is fine but the monogram is simply letter stickers. With the flick of a nail, the sticker was about to come off and that was straight out of the box. I didn't want to even try to hand wash it so I sent it back. I had to pay the return mailing cost so I ended up loosing money.

Easy to peel off
They’re great cups and the letters are beautiful but they really are just stickers placed on the cup. They must be hand washed and gently used or else the stickers peel of easily with a fingernail.
