is it organic? and is it greater or lesser galangal?

It is organic for sure. The smell is too characteristic to be fooled. It's lesser of course, so it is easier to cut it and use in your dish.

Hi, daft question I know but has anyone tried potting these like you can with ginger? if yes, any success?

Yes, they start to grow but you need warmth and sunlight

How does Kar Sod Galangal taste?

To be honest I cannot remember, as It was one of many spices in the recipe I followed, sorry.
