Could i connect old tv (not smart tv) to a wifi hotspot and watch netflix, prime, voot, hotstar etc on tv? just like alexa voice control?

I got problem to connect with TV..

Actually the product quality was not good...may be because of China. And there is not any installation manual or catalogue.. Product is not upto the mark.
