Pros:AdjustableMetal heads with bearings are durableAggressive whipping noise while jump roping sounds wickedCons:Handles could have been made of metal but the material these are made of is good.This TECHFIT Speed Jump Rope is one of the best jump ropes I've used. It is very light weighted; I was not expecting it to be so light. It looks like it is made of a thin cable with a plastic coating on it; it should last for a long time. The 10 foot length is adjustable, by simply loosening the screws and sliding the handles where you need and then tighten the screw. The bearings look durable and I am sure it will last for long long time.

These are great value for the price, i do however feel they are quite flimsy (which you would expect for the price)I think someone wanting a serious jumping rope for proper use would be best spending on a more expensive robust option

I would definitely recommend it!

Lo dicho, prometía mucho, pero ha durado un año. Realmente, menos, ya que comenzó a tener mal los rodamientos hace unos meses, pero ahora directamente tienen demasiada holgura.Para usuarios muy amateur puede servir, pero para usarla tres veces a la semana como calentamiento antes de entrenar, no.Lo dicho, menos de un año.
