This work out will kick your butt and you're feeling that burn that night.

I chose this rating because it's not a another boring silly work out. You can feel the burn the whole time and know what part of your body you'reis working.I would recommend this work out for anyone who is trying to tone up or lose weight.My sister and I had these tapes when they first came out years ago I and we wore them out. I lost 40lbs using these then. So excited I found them again because have tried other work out tapes that have nothing on this -number ready to tone up now!!!
