Great product! After two weeks I notice an improvement of my hair, nails, and skin. My hair seems to be fuller, my nails stronger, and my skin overall healthier. The pill size is small enough to be easily swallowed and most importantly I my stomach can easily digest them. I have noticed no side effects and will continue to include them as a dietary supplement.

Been using this brand for exactly 2 years. The new hair growth is crazy. This is a current picture. But new hair has been growing in for at least a year and a half. They are easy to swallow. They do not leave an after taste in your mouth. I have noticed my nails growing more and hair is thicker.

AMAZING. I see a difference when taking this vs. when I forget for a few days. My hair feels fuller/thicker (and I have thin/fine hair) and it makes my nails grow strong. This is the only hair skin & nail vitamin that I’ve actually seen a difference with. As a lot of people have said, the smell is the only drawback. When you open up the container, it literally smells. There is an aftertaste (similar to fish oil) and it does make you burp sometimes. Normally this would bother me, but because the product is so effective, I’m willing to deal with it. I’d rather it smell and work versus them change the formula to take the smell away, and then it doesn’t work anymore. This is why I still rated it 5 stars, it does what it’s supposed to!

I'm giving this hair skin and Nails vitamins three stars because I really saw some improvements in my nails however I have not seen any improvements in my skin or hair and I've only taken it half a month
