Fixed my problem!
This worked very well for me to be heard by others on my cell phone as I used my phone through my car radio.

Works as expected.
It works, very nice. If it doesn't sound good it's likely your settings need to be adjusted or just turn on speaker phone but that defeated the purpose. On this my review sucks.
