I purchased this umbrella for my wife. She absolutely loves it - excellent quality materials and great colour combinations. It's very strong when used in the wind and the rain drops literally run straight off the fabric so it's very quick to dry. The opening and closing mechanism is also great. I'm so impressed that I'm just about to purchase a second one. Second umbrella now purchased in just the plain black colour 😊

Excellent umbrella and great customer service. The umbrella looks cool, is sturdy and even if you experience absurdly wild weather and it *does break* (unlikely, but it happened to me) they replaced it for me immediately. And the new one has been working great during the recent rain storms. Definitely recommend.

Definitely not like other umbrellas, canopy is well made, I tested with the Manx weather and really pleased with it, it did flip up a couple of times but did not shoot off the stem (as other brollies do) and integrity of the umbrella is intact 👍👍👍👍👍

Saturday and smart looking umbrella.

Took it out in about 15 to 20 mph winds and it did not buckle. First time I opened it, it opened very quickly and loudly startled me a bit. Takes a little muscle to close it by pushing down on the top and holding the bottom. Seems sturdy. I will come back if it doesn't hold up but otherwise this is a very nice pretty umbrella that did not buckle in the wind.

Sturdy practically windproof umbrella. It definitely adds noticeable weight to a backpack, but it's not overly heavy. My daughter used this one while I used a cheaper one. The wind blew mine inside out twice but not the Tumella. A little on the pricey side but worth the money.

The umbrellas are great, and the customer service has made me a Tumella devotee for life! We ordered 2 of these, and found them to look good and function just as described. But one of them inexplicably stopped opening and closing properly within a few months of purchase. Though I didn’t have high expectations, I figured contacting the company was at least worth a shot, given the Lifetime Warranty advertised. To my surprise, I heard back within hours - from an actual person and not just an automated response. After answering a few quick questions, I had a replacement umbrella on its way to me and I received it less than a week after I first reached out to them! Gen was not only incredibly helpful and prompt, but also friendly and personable. I HIGHLY recommend Tumella!
