Is this sturdy enough for a filled water bottle of regular size? Can it be washed on warm without too much shrinkage?

I would think that it's sturdy enough for a water bottle. I bought it for my son when he was in kindergarten, and I needed something that would withstand the rough play of young children. I find this cover to be very durable, and it did not shrink when I washed it--I usually wash my clothes in cool water. The cover is also very soft and comfortable not stiff.

What is the exact shrunken size? It says 3"highx7"wide and "11x14" which is it? Thanks

The size is 11"x14". The pillow case didn't shrink when I washed it. It's a really nice, durable little pillow case.

do you make this pillow case in cotton sheet material? What is quilted material?

I've purchased both kinds. Both are cotton. Quilted version has a zipper and heavier weight. Other version doesn't contain the pillow as well but I prefer it during the summer but get 2 so you have one while other is in laundry.

Is this case open at one end or zipper?

It is zippered. (If you want an open ended one this size, I found "Sumersault Soft Toddler Travel Pillowcase" which is the perfect size, and nice cotton.)
