Excellent Sound, Comfort, and Reliability for Work and Calls
Iโve been using the Poly Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset for a few months now, and itโs one of the best headsets Iโve owned for office, remote work and meetings. The setup was effortless โ it connected to my PC with the included USB-C/USB-A adapter and to my phone via Bluetooth in seconds. The sound quality is crystal clear on both ends, and the noise-canceling mic really makes a difference on calls. Colleagues say my voice sounds sharp and professional even when thereโs background noise. The ear cushions are soft, lightweight, and comfortable enough for all-day wear. Battery life is impressive, and the charging stand is a great addition โ it keeps the headset organized and always ready. I also appreciate that itโs Microsoft Teams certified, which makes joining meetings seamless.

Incredible !!!
Iโve been using this headset for 2 days now and Iโm already really impressed. The sound quality is super clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise better than I expected. It was super easy to connect to both my laptop and phone, and the charging stand is a nice touchโit looks clean on my desk. Itโs also very lightweight and comfortable, even during long Zoom calls. So far, itโs been a great experience and Iโm glad I chose this one.

Quite literally the worst headset ever created by man
This is the cheapest worst headset ever created. The fact they charge $100+ is criminal. These things are made in a chinese factory for pennies. Constantly turns off or disconnects from my phone while I'm pitching clients. Mic works on and off, people complain audio is low. Sometimes they'll just shut off and not turn back on for a minute. Battery meter is completely useless, will say low battery then I'll restart them and they'll say battery is full. They also make this terrible static noise in your ear if you turn them on but don't play any audio. As I'm typing this review the headset is literally off and still playing static beeping nosies in my ear. This is literally the worst headset ever made. I've had $20 headsets on Temu work better than this garbage, and I'm not exaggerating. Do not give these people your money. Absolute scam artists with this pricing vs quality.

Perfect headset for work and calls
Very comfortable headset! Itโs lightweight and doesnโt press on the head even after hours of use. The sound quality is excellent โ clear voice and a microphone that blocks background noise well. The battery lasts a long time and it easily connects to both computer and phone. Perfect for work calls or home use.

Good, not great wireless headset
I bought the previous Plantronics version for my home office setup. That one is 5 stars. When I started going back to the office and got a new laptop without a headphone jack, I bought this one for my office setup to replace my wired headset. The Bluetooth works great with my laptop and phone I also ended up with one USB port on my laptop, so using the dongle want super convenient, but that works well too. The sound is clear and background noise doesn't come through for folks I'm talking to. The cradle is great. Battery life is fantastic! I like that the headset answers calls when I turn it on. The only reason I docked it a star is that if I'm on calls more than a few hours a day, my ears ache. I do not have that problem with the previous Plantronics version, which is very comfy. I will likely swap my home and work headsets as I now spend more time at the office. If you can find a refurbished Plantronics version, buy that instead.

A MUST BUY if you work from home/remote!!
My job uses Poly Headsets (different models & types). About 1 year ago I went remote/wfh and I take calls, on teams meetings, and much more. My co-worker recommended I get this specific one because I only had a wired one and that the wireless one is way more convenient. I was initially skeptical because of the price & was worried if it possibly had any mic quality issues. I decided to buy it and IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! It's more convenient, audio quality & noise cancellation is great! If I ever need to step away from my desk to refill my water bottle, grab a snack to bring to my desk I no longer have to take my headset off! I've gone on my 15's and walked all the way to the other side of my house and it still stays connected (because I would sometimes get team message notifications). Also the battery last a LONG TIME!

Not noise canceling
These are light weight and hold a charge. The problem is have found are they do not cancel background noise if you are taking calls. Easy to use for volume control and for teams calls.

Disappointing for the price: Frustrating microphone sensitivity and distracting "breathing" noises
At nearly $200, the Poly Voyager 4320 UC sits at a premium price point for an office headset. Because it is Microsoft Teams certified and comes from a reputable brand, I had very high expectations for a seamless, professional experience. Unfortunately, the day-to-day usability and audio quirks make this headset incredibly frustrating to use, and the overall quality just doesn't justify the high cost. Here is my detailed breakdown of what went wrong: The Good: Convenient Charging Stand: The included charging stand is a nice touch. It keeps the headset organized on my desk and ensures it is always charged when I need to jump into a meeting. Connectivity: Connecting it to my PC via the included dongle and my phone via Bluetooth was relatively straightforward. The Bad (Why it gets 2 stars): Hearing My Own Breathing: Out of the box, this headset has an incredibly aggressive "sidetone" feature (where the microphone feeds your own audio back into the speakers). I can constantly hear myself breathing, swallowing, and shifting around. It is incredibly distracting during long meetings. Zero Tuning Guide or Instructions: To make the breathing issue worse, the headset comes with absolutely no tuning guide or detailed manual. There are no instructions in the box explaining how to adjust the sidetone or if there is software I need to download to fix these background noises. For a device this expensive, I shouldn't have to scour internet forums to figure out how to stop hearing my own breath. Extremely Finicky Microphone Positioning: The noise-canceling microphone is actually too aggressive. It has to be positioned at a very, very particular angle directly against my mouth. If it is even slightly off or tilted up a fraction of an inch, my coworkers tell me my voice cuts out or sounds incredibly muffled. I find myself constantly fiddling with the boom arm during calls just to make sure people can hear me. Overall Quality vs. Price: For almost $200, the build quality and out-of-the-box user experience just aren't there. The plastics feel a bit standard, and the lack of intuitive setup software or a physical guide makes it feel like a much cheaper product. The Verdict: If this were a $50 headset, I might be more forgiving of its quirks. But at this premium price tag, a headset should just work flawlessly out of the box without requiring you to constantly adjust the microphone by the millimeter or suffer through the sound of your own breathing. Unless you are willing to spend hours troubleshooting software online to fix the audio feedback, I cannot recommend this model.
