The perfect Go-To seasoning!
Literally so good on EVERYTHING! Not spicy, but has a ton of flavor. This is our go to! If I could give it more stars I would!

Makes a great brisket
This is a great rub. I've only just started smoking briskets, all of them have had this rub - have been excellent. I trim the brisket, add the rub, let it sit in the fridge on a cooling rack to dry brine, then smoke at 225 the next day - I've had a great tasting brisket every time.

Transforms brisket and other meats into flavorful masterpieces.
I was so nervous using this rub on my $7-a-pound brisket. I bought a 15-pound brisket and hoped for the best. I coated the brisket with seasoning, let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then brought it to room temperature and added more seasoning before putting it on the smoker. I used a mix of hickory and apple wood to smoke it. I kept the temperature at 225°F for 15 hours, took the brisket off, wrapped it in butcher paper, and placed it in a cooler for 6 hours. The result? A delicious, tender, and perfect brisket! The Brisket Magic seasoning isn’t too salty, and it offers great value with high-quality ingredients. I’m thrilled I got the larger size because I’ll definitely be smoking brisket for Thanksgiving. Highly recommended!

Brisket Magic That Actually Lives Up to Its Name
I love smoking meat. My weekends basically revolve around wood, fire, and finding new ways to make my neighbors jealous. I picked up 2 Gringos Chupacabra Brisket Magic thinking it was just another rub with a cool name. Turns out, it’s the best thing I’ve tried in a long time. I started with a brisket, and it came out so good I had to double-check that I hadn’t accidentally turned into a professional pitmaster overnight. Then I tossed it on burgers, and suddenly my backyard cookout felt like a food truck. Even tried it on wings just to see what would happen, and yeah, they disappeared faster than I could take credit. It’s got that perfect balance of salt, spice, and a little mystery. Plus, it’s a great value for the price. If you love smoking meat or just want your grill to earn some respect, this rub delivers.
