Thus product was easy to use - just follow the instructions. My hair is long but not very thick any more and I used a tube and a half for full coverage. I left it on for 15 minutes, then rinsed and conditioned. I have been outdoors a lot in this sunny weather and my hair has really yellowed - this toner has eliminated entirely all the yellow as you can see. I will prefer it in a wash or two when is is a little less grey/lavender, but I will buy it again as it's a great colour corrector.
