Is it normal that I smell "burning" while using the Air Shot?

The "burning" smell is natural; it comes from the removal of your skin fuzz. It's temporary and will go away as you continue use the device.

Do I have to cleanse my face before use?

For the most effective results, we recommend using the device on completely dry skin after washing your face.

Can I use it on acnes and breakouts?

Yes, however, use "tapping" method on those areas for a shorter period of time and finish up with the rest of your skin care regimen and spot patches.

How long do the passageways created by the Air Shot take to recover?

There's no recovery period because there's nothing to recover from. The passageways are not scars that does damage to your skin. Nevertheless, if there's any sensitivity or mild tingling, it should subcide in 1-2 days.

Great for healing acne scars and pick marks

I started at level 1 and worked my way up from there. I use a level 3 maybe 4-5 nights out of the week. It will cause skin irritation at first but when I wake up in the morning I can see the difference. It helped clear up my acne and is helping get rid of the scars. It is not an immediate solution but you will start to see your skin start to heal the next day. I had moderate cystic acne but I would pick and make it worse so this has been the only thing that has helped heal the scars from picking.
