This product has one of the highest concentrations of retinol in comparison to the other highly-rated retinol body lotions. Also, retinol is not a form of tretinoin, tretinoin is a member of the vitamin A family (as is retinol) but tretinoin is a retinoid. Retinoids are stronger than retinol.
