This stuff works! I took this along with Uqora FLUSH daily, and it took care of my recurring UTI. Highly recommend!!

I was hesitant to review this because I am not diagnosed with an official medical name for my bladder woes but I believe symptoms close to IC or painful bladder. I wasn't getting UTIs for years but started getting one or two a year out of no where and they were serve when they happened. I also have GERD so I have issues with some foods bothering tummy and bladder. My heating pad is my best friend let's just say. So Uqora isnt for IC but since I was getting UTIs I gave a try. Was having flare up, no infection so started 1 and 2 step of products. Step 3 is probiotic but contains milk (have issues with that) so used another brand. Flush helped me feel better when used daily and with defend. Bladder calmed down after couple of weeks. Now just use defend and haven't had much pain or discomfort. Can't say this is the savor but felt results so I am going to keep at it. Not a medical professional so dont know if this is right for everyone but I feel better and can get on with life so I am going to keep at least taking the defend. If like me you know how horrible it is to have those symptoms and really nothing you can do. Sometimes anything is worth a try. Pricey item but great company and quality ingredients so I think worth it. Pills are easy to swallow.

I've been getting UTIs every one to two months for several years. I know antibiotics cure them, but no matter what supplements and prevention I've clung to, I've not been able to go longer than 2 months without a UTI! Since using Uqora Defend for nearly three months I've not had another UTI. I really believe this, along with my other supplements and vitamins, is finally giving me success!!! At this point I plan on continuing this product.

this stuff has been a godsend as someone who has always suffered with frequent UTIs and general bladder discomfort my whole life. I no longer have those issues as long as I am consistent with taking this daily. No taste or smell either so they are easy to take. Absolutely worth every penny!

Was having back to back uti's. Has not come back since I started taking these. Also, I have painful bladder syndrome and this product seems to calm the pain down a bit.

I have used this product for about 2 months and no UTIs during this time.
