Quality is good. The technician did a very good job assembling the wardrobe. The work was neat, professional, and completed satisfactorily. The product quality is also very good and meets my expectations. Overall, I am happy with the service and the product. 👍

The product was delivered in perfect condition without any damage to the wood. The wood is also quite strong. The weight is around 120 kg. Since Amazon was not the one delivering the product, the delivery experience wasn’t that great. The delivery was very bad. It was delivered by Blue Dart, and they refused to deliver it to the second floor. It was a hassle to carry three boxes of 40 kg each all by ourselves up two floors. However, the guys who came to assemble the product did it perfectly. They asked for ₹300, but since they did a great job, I paid them. The wardrobe is great and very large. The shelves are really big and can fit around a trolley’s worth of clothes on each shelf. Since I ordered the four-door version with no drawer, it is quite comfortable. One last thing The Mirror Was Also In Perfect Condition

The carpenters were very helpful. Thank you so much for your help, Mr. Sandeep Saxena and Mohd. Iqbal. They helped a lot throughout the assembling, alignment, and replacement process. I have questions for Viki Furniture: is this how they manufacture misaligned almirahs? Initially, it was damaged at the corner, and then after replacement, there is a huge scratch on the door and a misaligned door. I would recommend not purchasing black almirahs, as they only manufacture damaged or misaligned doors. I am not sure about other almirahs, but I am sure about this one. They have very, very rude customer service as well. They first arrange a replacement and then completely forget about it the next day. Amazon service helped throughout the process, and the carpenter did too, but I am very, very sad with Viki Furniture’s products. I wish Amazon could teach them how to respect their customers and take complete ownership of their products, as we don’t owe them anything. The customer has purchased the product with emotions, and if they can’t provide what they have promised, they should be removed and first learn how to sell. Please see the recording where I have explained and shown the scratch and misalignment.

The wardrobe is as advertised in the listing. It is quite sturdy and finish is also quite nice. The item came in good packaging and all the parts were intact. Finished product looks good. Installation was done the next day of the delivery and the technician was very good at his job. Depth of the wardrobe is a bit less but has ample space. Overall satisfied with the product.
