Is the red color a bright red or a muted red?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The red is more of a soft muted red not a bright red. Thank you, JLA Home

Do the colors fade when washed?

No wash according to washing instructions and you’ll be good!!

How big is the packaging itself? I’m traveling and need to make sure it will fit in a suitcase.

I would suggest using a vacuum sealed bag to travel with this. Depending on the size, I purchased a Queen, once opened it's pretty puffy. But to answer your question, it should fit in a suitcase, it's soft enough for stuffing.

I was sent the wrong item. Cannot get a response on the support page for it. Where can i report this to get it fixed?

I would goto the contact page for Amazon and request a call. That has worked for me in the past.
