The noble coffees from Ethiopia impress with their unique flavours: spicy aroma, but also strong fruity notes of blueberry and apricot with chocolaty finish. Many Ethiopian coffees are strong, wine-like and playful - all are definitely very unusual. Java Kayumas: Java is an important part of the cultural history of coffee. The first coffee harvested on Java was sold in Amsterdam in 1712. And also today this main Indonesian island offers an excellent coffee with rich body, mild aroma and earthy-sweet flavour. Kayumas belongs to the best coffee growing regions worldwide. The coffee beans which are harvested here have a unique character due to their light notes. Especially in dark roastings Java Kayumas develops a strong flavour that reminds mocha coffee. Honduras Highland: The mild climate and fertile soils of Honduras guarantee a high-quality coffee. The Honduras Highland coffee thrives between 1500 and 2000 meters above sea level to achieve its exquisite quality and is therefore called SHG ("Strictly High Grown"). This mild to moderately strong highland coffee from Honduras is coffee grown entirely ally. Fair traded specialty coffee (SHG)!
